Tina Arshakyan
Ms. Arshakyan, founder and principal of Arshakyan Law Firm, is a natural leader, and tactical fighter. From a young age, Ms. Arshakyan always strived to fight for what she believed in, from becoming one of the youngest students to be admitted to University of San Diego’s School of Law at the age of 19, to obtaining 6 and 7 figure settlements for her clients. As a wife, and a mother of two, she genuinely cares and understands her clients and their needs. Ms. Arshakyan does not merely “fight”, she uses strategy and perspective to carefully obtain what each client desires. Ms. Arshakyan has the power to connect and reason with people of all ages and background, from clients to judges, to juries and even opposing counsel.
She poses grace, confidence, and powerful legal representation not only in the courtroom but in mediations and arbitrations.
Ms. Arshakyan started her legal career clerking at the Employee Rights Center assisting employees before the National Labor Relations Board, Labor Commissioner, and California Unemployment Appeals Board and later continued to develop her legal skills working at a Plaintiffs’ litigation firm representing clients in personal injury cases. Since Ms. Arshakyan has lead Arshakyan Law Firm in obtaining millions of dollars for her individuals injured at work, in motor cycle and truck accidents, car accidents, slip and falls; as well as for employees who were harassed, discriminated, and/or wrongfully terminated from their employment.
During her free time, apart from spending time with her family, Ms. Arshakyan enjoys cooking, painting, and most importantly traveling and exploring different cultures.
